Our contact center is available to help members, whenever needed, during regular business hours. Though Sharon will be a great help, we know there are situations in which you will need human assistance. Sharon will connect you with a representative based on your reason for calling. After hours calls may be directed to leave a voicemail.

• Do I have to wait for assistance?

  There is no limitation to how many members the Sharon can help at any given time. Every call is first in line.

• How many questions can I ask?

  You can ask as many questions as you want.

• How will Sharon help with my credit union experience?

  If you are unable to call during business hours, Sharon will be available to assist you. No waiting until the next business day for most of your needs.

• What if Sharon doesn’t understand my request?

  Sharon will ask you up to three times for clarification.
